The good

Slides. My favourite was the baseball slide. You go down on one knee then twist round so the rest of the ‘fall’ is almost on your stomach. The elbow pads take the pressure. But you’re already getting up as this happens. Basically, it looks spesh, doesn’t hurt at all and doesn’t leave you stuck on the floor (where you get a penalty)

The bad

Spending half an hour learning how to fall properly (forwards and small), then moving onto another exercise and promptly falling backwards while flailing.

The ugly

C'mon - seriously?

I am so going back to the chemist and getting a clear, junior sized mouth guard!
