Here are three of the stops a wannabe needs to pass raw meat testing.

T-stop - Michelles elbows are tucked in and her wheels provide the friction to stop, not her toe stop

Elbows in, knees slightly bent, brace your stomach and stay upright

A successfully executed knee slide - notice Erica's elbows are tucked in and she's not leaning forward
